Pacquiao vs Cotto Fund-Raising
The fund-raising was a success! Lots of food, cheering and warm fellowship. Thanks again for supporting this project. The video highlights are posted in our blog for those who missed the boxing event.

Thanksgiving Mass
I am sure we all felt very proud of our FCSC Choir as they represented the Filipino Community at our multi-cultural Thanksgiving mass. The choir sang “Isang Pagkain, Isang Katawan, Isang Buhay” during the prelude and “Kordero Ng Diyos” and other songs during the mass with Let-let Sayo conducting.
Before the final blessing, Fr. Al Baca recognized the presence of all participating choirs which the St. Cecilia community acknowledged with their warm applause. If you would like to hear the songs that the FCSC choir sang during the mass, login to our blogsite.
The Board of Directors, Officers and Chairpersons of the different committees would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all for supporting our FCSC again this year. “Maraming Salamat sa lahat”!

Simbang Gabi
During our general membership meeting last Sunday, November 29, the different committees were mobilized to implement plans for our forthcoming Simbang Gabi on Monday, December 14, 2009. The mass will be at St. Cecilia Church at 6:30 PM with reception in the hall. The mass will start with a parade of lanterns (“parols”) to be carried by our children or grandchildren. If you would like to participate, please bring your “parols”.
If you were blessed this year and would like to share your blessings with the community, food and desert donations are most welcome. There will be games for the children and adults alike, dance numbers and door prizes.
